Which Intrax fees are non-refundable?
Some fees are non-refundable. These cover Intrax service fees and costs for services completed and incurred on your behalf.
What happens if I withdraw after Intrax has matched me with a host company?
Cancellation fees may apply. If you withdraw from the program after we have matched you with a host company, contact your local Intrax office or partner agency for the exact terms.
Can I get a refund if my J-1 visa is denied?
A partial refund may be available. If your visa is denied by the U.S. embassy, the amount depends on what services have already been provided. Contact your local office for the refund schedule specific to your situation.
When do I have to request a refund?
Before your J-1 program start date. To be eligible for any refund, you must notify Intrax before the program begins — requests received after it has started will not be considered.
