工作原理

When you are ready to begin the process of applying for your J-1 visa with Intrax, please complete our online application to obtain your DS-2019. The Form DS-2019 serves as your official Certificate of Eligibility for Exchange Visitor Status and will be required for your visa interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

You will need to have the following information ready before you begin the online application:

• Start date of your internship or training program
• End date of your internship or training program
• Host company Street Address
• Host company Website URL
• Host company Contact (hiring manager or direct supervisor)
• Host company Contact Phone Number
• Host company Contact Email Address

If you have dependents that will be applying for the J-2 Visa, you will also have the opportunity to enter their information at this time.

After your application has been accepted, you should complete and submit the required documents listed below. These documents must be received by Intrax before your DS-2019 form will be issued.

Host Company Agreement
Intrax will email this document directly to your host company. The host company is required to complete and return the Host Company Agreement to Intrax.

Training/Internship Placement Plan
‍Intrax will work with your host company to draft the Training/Internship Placement plan. You will be provided with a final copy to sign later in the application process.

Proof of English Language Proficiency
‍We accept most internationally recognized English test scores, signed documentation from an academic institution or English-language school, or documented interview with Intrax or Intrax-approved partner.

University or College Diploma/Certificate or Proof of Enrollment (optional for some trainees)
Obtain a copy of your diploma, certificate, or proof of enrollment from your university or college and submit to Intrax.

您的申请一经提交Intrax 向您的接待公司发送一封电子邮件，以确认您的项目并核实该公司的联系方式。 请务必提前与您的接待公司沟通，告知他们Intrax 您的sponsor）将通过电子邮件联系他们，安排一次简短的电话确认，并建议他们在两周内回复该邮件。如果他们在两周内未予Intrax 确认该实习安排，后续流程也将无法推进。

Intrax 与您联系，安排一次项目说明会。说明会将提供有关在美国生活的实用信息、J-1交流访问者项目的规章制度，以及在您本国美国大使馆或领事馆申请J-1签证及参加面谈的指导。

在收到您的付款及所有申请材料，且Intrax 您接待公司对您岗位安排的确认后，Intrax 两周内处理并签发您的DS-2019表格。您可在“MyIntrax”账户中下载该DS-2019表格。

收到 DS-2019 表格后，您可以预约就近的美国大使馆或领事馆进行签证面谈。大使馆或领事馆将审核您的 DS-2019 表格及辅助文件，并据此最终决定是否签发 J-1 签证。

请注意，每年会有极少数签证申请被拒签。如果您被大使馆或领事馆拒签，您将有资格获得退款。 请阅读我们的退款政策以获取更多详情。

加拿大公民无需申请签证，但需凭DS-2019表格入境美国。

一旦您的J-1签证申请获批，您的护照中将贴上签证页。在某些地区，您将在签证面谈当天收到签证页；在其他地区，贴有签证的护照将通过邮寄方式寄还给您。

如果您的J-1签证申请被拒，您可能可以提出上诉。由于签证办理流程因国家而异，建议您查阅您所在国家的美国大使馆或领事馆网站，以获取有关J-1签证政策和程序的更多信息。
